Wyatt Shepherd - Meet our guest - Professor, Coach, Husband, Father, Entrepreneur, Gym owner who holds black belts in Judo and Jui Jitsu - he is a mentor to hundreds of students and has coached American and Team USA fighters around the world. 

In this episode we continue to talk about his journey in Mixed Martial Arts, some history of MMA and PANKRATION Olympians and the early games that created warriors like Alexander-the-Great's General - Dorippids.

His gym is ETHOS Martial Arts in Queen Creek, Arizona where they teach mixed martial arts to include studies from Boxing, Kickboxing, Mui Thai, Striking, Jui Jitsu, Judo, Karate, TKD, Wrestling, Grappling, and so much more.  He and his partners give a ton back to the community through lessons, private lessons, group lessons, tournaments, fight nights, fighters, MMA and events that span the globe.  

His gym boasts championships in multiple fields and welcomes outsiders to their ever-growing family of life-long learners.
